Amazon Ecopark Jungle Lodge is a privately owned tourism complex and scientific and educational enterprise, operating since 1991. The lodging infrastructure was inaugurated in 1995.
Ecopark Jungle Lodge is located on the Tarumã River, approximately one hour from the Manaus airport. (transfer by van or bus and regional river boat).
Located three hours away from Manaus by boat (or 25 minutes by hydroplane), the trip to the lodge is a spetacular tour by itself. Juma´s region is remote and relatively untouched.

The lodge is located on the Margin of the Lake Tracajá, about 100km south east of Manaus. Arrival from Manaus takes approximately two hours and fifty minutes of traveling done in three parts. The first part of the journey is twenty minute trip from the river port ("Ceasa to Careiro") than by speedboat, where you'll have the opportunity to see the meeting of the Rio Negro and Solimões Rivers (meeting of the waters); the point where the Amazon River begins. This is a perfect opportunity to see the grandeur of both rivers and take photos of the distinct line formed by the two rivers as they run side by side not mixing for many kilometers.
